Directions from Charlotte Take I-85 South to Gastonia from Charlotte (App. 15 mi from airport/ Billy Graham Parkway). Exit at 321 North (Exit 17) and take it all the way to Boone (Approx. 80 mi). You will pass Lincolnton, I-40, Hickory, Lenoir, and Blowing Rock. In Boone you will take a left on NC 105 South. Go about 13 miles to a light and turn right on NC 184 North. Go 4 miles to the next light and turn left on 184 North/194 South. Go by Lees McRae College and make your first right on to 184 North (184 and 194 will split at this point). Go 2.5 miles up Beech Mountain and we are on the left. (Look for a white "Archer's Mountain Inn" sign and a green street sign "Jackalope's Way.") If you reach the top of Beech Mountain, you have missed us! PLEASE READ: Due to road construction, Hwy 321 North between Lenoir and Blowing Rock is closed every Tuesday and Thursday from 12 Noon till 2 pm. If you will be coming from Charlotte during these hours, use the detour directions below: Take I-85 South to Gastonia from Charlotte (Approx. 15 mi from airport/ Billy Graham Parkway). Exit at 321 North (Exit 17) and take it to Hickory (Approx. 32 mi). At Hickory, take I-40 West to Morganton (approx. 17 miles). At Morganton, take exit 105, turn right onto NC 18. Follow NC 18 into downtown Morganton, continue onto NC 181 (DO NOT make the right turn onto NC 18 towards Lenoir). Follow NC 181 to Pineola (Approx. 23 miles). At stop sign, turn right onto US 221 North, go approx. 2 miles. At Linville, turn right at red light onto US 221 North. Go approx .2 Miles. At next light, turn left onto NC 105 North. Go approx. 4 miles. At next light, turn left onto NC 184 North. Go approx. 4 miles. At next light, turn left on 184 North/194 South. Go approx .2 miles. Go by Lees McRae College and make your first right on to 184 North (184 and 194 will split at this point). Go 2.5 miles up Beech Mountain and we are on the left.
